더라고요
Used to express recollection or realization about something you noticed which surprised you.
This is a little more calm and objective than 더라
It can not be used to talk about yourself, unless you are talking about your emotions.
It can not be used to talk about other people's emotions.
You can use the past tense if you are talking about something that's already finished.
